Role Summary The ServiceNow Deployment Architect will be responsible for leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation, implementation, migration, and platform modernization initiatives. The role will define ServiceNow architecture standards, deployment strategies, governance frameworks, integration patterns, and target operating models while ensuring alignment with business objectives, service management best practices, security requirements, and digital transformation programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities

- Define and govern the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, deployment strategy, and implementation roadmap.
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation and migration programs across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, SecOps, IRM/GRC, HRSD, and custom workflows.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Establish platform standards, governance controls, development frameworks, and deployment best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, service owners, delivery teams, and vendors to define future-state solutions and operating models.
- Lead ServiceNow solution design reviews, architecture workshops, platform assessments, and technical governance activities.
- Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as Azure, Active Directory, monitoring tools, automation platforms, security solutions, and third-party applications.
- Oversee CMDB strategy, service mapping initiatives, workflow optimization, and platform modernization efforts.




- Drive platform standardization, automation, self-service, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, risk, and governance requirements throughout the platform lifecycle.
- Support executive governance forums through architecture roadmaps, transformation updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor ServiceNow architects, developers, administrators, and project teams while promoting platform best practices and innovation.
