Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Test Automation Engineer with experience in Tricentis Tosca, Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber/BDD frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated test cases, maintaining automation frameworks, integrating test scripts into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring software quality through functional, regression, and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Automation

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
- Work with Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber/BDD frameworks.
- Create reusable and maintainable test scripts and automation components.
- Follow automation standards and best practices to improve test coverage and efficiency.

2. Functional & Regression Testing

- Translate business requirements into executable test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate application workflows, integrations, reports, and user roles.
- Support release validation, patch testing, and regression cycles.

3. CI/CD Integration

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Support parallel execution and scheduled test runs.
- Monitor test execution, troubleshoot failures, and maintain automation pipeline stability.
- Generate test reports and track quality metrics.

4. Quality Engineering

- Apply BDD/TDD practices, risk-based testing, and test data management.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Support cross-browser testing, data validation, accessibility testing, and basic performance testing.
- Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis.

5. Team Collaboration

- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers,



product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, sprint planning, and defect triage.
- Track test cases, defects, and requirements using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Tricentis Tosca certification (AS1/AS2 or higher).
- Knowledge of Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber/BDD.
- Experience in developing and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, or GitHub.
- Knowledge of Tosca TestCase Design (TCD) and Test Data Service (TDS).
- Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management.
- Understanding of Agile testing methodologies.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Positive-to-Have Skills

- API test automation using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
- Exposure to service virtualization and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Knowledge of accessibility and security testing.
- Understanding of performance testing fundamentals.
