Role &

- Responsibilities

- Machine Operations: Safely operate CNC turning and milling machines according to production requirements.

- Setup &
- Calibration:

Set up machines, workpieces, cutting tools, tool offsets, and work offsets, as well as handle loading/unloading of components with proper clamping.

- Quality &

- Inspection:

Perform in-process quality inspections using micrometers, Vernier calipers, and gauges to maintain dimensional accuracy and monitor for tool wear or defects.

- Programming &

- Adjustments:

Follow CNC programs, make basic program/offset corrections as needed, and replace cutting tools according to specifications.





- Documentation &

- Safety:

Complete production and inspection reports, maintain clean workspaces adhering to 5S safety standards, and coordinate with supervisors and quality teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool &
- Die, or a related technical field.

- Experience: 0 to 6 years of experience operating CNC milling/turning machines in a tooling or manufacturing environment.

- Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and basic GD&T;, tool setting, and familiarity with G-code, M-code, and precision measuring instruments.

- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, discipline, problem-solving skills, and willingness to work in shifts.
