Brief Role : Electrical Design Engineer- EPC

JD- 1 (Electrical Protection & Control Generator system)

Work involves the preparation and review of documents in the area of work, and interfacing with Consultants, Vendors and Site teams.

Years of relevant experience: 7- 10 years

Experience requirement: Experience should be hands- on in preparation of:

1. Key SLD, Protection & Metering SLD
2. Design Basis Reports
3. Sizing calculations / Equipment selection
4. System studies using ETAP
5. Protection, Synchronisation, Control & Metering scheme drawings of Generators, Transformers, Switchgear, Switchyard, Reactors and Lines
6. Networking architecture including IEC61850
7. Relay setting calculation and Parameterisation
8. Control interfaces with DDCMIS, EDMS, ECP
9. Cable schedules

Areas of Expertise: Generators, Transformers, Switchgear, Reactors

Protection, Control, Networking of entire Power Plant, including Switchyard & Lines

Generator and auxiliaries, Excitation, Synchronisation, ESP

JD- 2 (Switchyard Layouts)

Work involves the preparation and review of documents in the area of work, and interfacing with Consultants, Vendors and Site teams.

1. Switchyard EKD, Plan & Section and Clearance diagram in conformance to relevant standards
2. Design of Switchyard Layout
3. Key SLD, Protection & Metering SLD, DBR of Switchyard
4. Sizing calculation / Equipment selection
5. System studies including ETAP
6. Sag Tension calculations, Structural loading
7. EHV Cable routing, Gas duct routing
