About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Textile Operations & Manufacturing Manager with extensive expertise in handloom weaving, digital textile printing, Jacquard, and embroidery manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end textile production operations, establish manufacturing processes and build skilled teams in India and international markets. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience working with weavers and manufacturing units, and the ability to manage the complete production lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Textile Manufacturing: Oversee end-to-end textile production, including yarn selection, fabric development, weaving, printing, embroidery, finishing, and quality control.
- Handloom Weaving: Work directly with handloom weavers and artisans, with a strong understanding of weaving techniques, fabric structures, yarn specifications, and production planning.
- Digital Textile Printing: Possess comprehensive knowledge of digital printing technologies, print preparation, color management, fabric compatibility, and finishing processes.
- Machinery & Technology: Work with Jacquard weaving systems, embroidery machines, and digital textile printing machinery to ensure efficient production and quality output.
- Manufacturing Setup: Establish and streamline manufacturing operations in India and overseas, including infrastructure planning, process development, and vendor partnerships.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead production teams, machine operators, technicians, quality inspectors, and vendor coordinators.
- Order & Production Management:



Manage the complete order lifecycle, from customer requirements and production scheduling to quality inspection, dispatch, and final delivery.
- Vendor Development: Build strong relationships with weavers, artisans, textile mills, suppliers, and international manufacturing partners.
- Quality & Cost Control: Implement quality standards, optimize material utilization, reduce wastage, and ensure production targets and delivery commitments are met.
- Process Improvement: Develop SOPs, production workflows, and operational systems to improve productivity, consistency, and scalability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in textile manufacturing, production, or operations management.
- Strong hands-on experience in handloom weaving and working directly with weavers and artisans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital textile printing and associated manufacturing processes.
- Practical understanding of Jacquard weaving, embroidery machines, and digital printing machinery.
- Proven ability to establish manufacturing operations, develop production teams, and implement processes from the ground up.
- Experience in production planning, order management, quality assurance, supplier coordination, and delivery management.
- Exposure to international manufacturing operations and vendor networks will be an advantage.
- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel within India and internationally as required.
