Job Summary:

St. Wilfred’s School, Mansarovar, is seeking a qualified, passionate, and student-focused TGT Mathematics Teacher to teach Mathematics as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions that develop students’ mathematical understanding, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Mathematics in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and prescribed academic guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments as per the academic schedule.
- Explain mathematical concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques in a clear and effective manner.
- Conduct interactive, activity-based, and concept-oriented classroom sessions.
- Develop students’ analytical thinking, logical reasoning and numerical skills.
- Assess students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback and additional support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Use cutting-edge teaching methods and practical examples to make mathematical concepts easier to understand.
- Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding students’ academic progress.
- Participate in school meetings, examinations,



academic planning and other assigned responsibilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a relevant subject, along with a B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
- Experience: 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Good understanding of the CBSE Mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teaching Approach: Ability to conduct interactive, engaging and student-centered classroom sessions.
- Subject Expertise: Strong command of mathematical concepts, formulas, calculations and problem-solving methods.
- Classroom Management: Ability to manage students effectively and maintain a disciplined learning environment.
- Student Engagement: Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and build students’ confidence in Mathematics.

Salary & Benefits:
