- Review test specifications, test sequence, limit settings, software version, and product revision before starting production.
- Set up test stations, fixtures, cables, power supplies, network connections, and required software; complete station start-up checks.
- Execute approved functional, performance, RF/network, button, audio/video, or other model-specific tests as applicable.
- Verify test equipment and golden/reference units at the defined frequency and after fixture/software changes.
- Review error codes, logs, and test trends to distinguish product failures from fixture, software, connection, or operator errors.
- Troubleshoot test failures with Repair, R&D;, Quality, and Production; maintain failure codes and evidence for analysis.
- Track first-pass yield, retest rate, station downtime, and top failure modes; escalate abnormal trends promptly.




- Ensure test programs and limits are revision-controlled and changes are authorized before use.
- Maintain fixture maintenance, calibration verification, test logs, and daily station-readiness checklists.
- Support NPI validation, pilot runs, capacity checks, and operator training.

Requirements

• Diploma/BE in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Basic electronics, PC, software, network, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with functional test equipment, fixtures, test logs, or electronics FATP is preferred.
- Able to work with controlled test procedures and production targets.
