Flexible Work | Commission-Based Earnings | Fuel Allowance Indo Dhansar Paints is expanding its dealer network across Tamil Nadu. We invite motivated individuals to join our team as part-time field sales representatives on a commission-only basis.

WHO CAN APPLY?

- Existing sales representatives from the paint, hardware, electrical, waterproofing and building-material industries.
- Independent sales agents and commission-based marketing professionals.
- Individuals with existing contacts among paint dealers, hardware shops, contractors and construction businesses.
- People looking for flexible, part-time sales opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit paint shops, hardware stores and other potential dealers to introduce and promote Indo Dhansar Paints products. Develop new dealers, generate sales orders and maintain solid customer relationships. Promote the company’s product range, dealer schemes and combo offers. Maintain accurate records of all sales, orders, customer payments received and outstanding amounts. Submit regular sales and payment collection reports to the company. Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and ensure compliance with the company’s policies. Visit the company office on a weekly or monthly basis, as instructed or mutually scheduled,



to review sales performance, submit records and discuss business development. Keep the company informed about market feedback, competitor activity and new business opportunities.

Please note: This is a commission-only position with no fixed monthly salary. Commission rates, fuel allowance rules and payment terms will be explained during recruitment.
