About the RoleRomsons is looking for motivated and result-oriented sales professionals to drive business growth for its RHD (Hygiene / Diaper) Division. The ideal candidates will have experience in sales, distributor management, retail expansion, and market development, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and retail networks.
- Expand market reach, product availability, and retail penetration.
- Increase market share, brand visibility, and product placement.
- Develop business opportunities across General Trade (GT), Large Modern Trade (LMT), Pharma, hospitals, and institutional channels, as applicable to the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.




- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and implement territory-level growth plans.

Key Requirements
- 2–8 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, Baby Care, Personal Hygiene, Diapers, OTC, or Healthcare.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and retail sales.
- Exposure to GT, LMT, Pharma, and Institutional Sales will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing current markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel as required.
- Existing distributor and retailer relationships in Jaipur or Kota will be an added advantage.
