? Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

? Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Dhrax Forge & Fittings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team.

We are manufacturers of stainless steel and alloy steel flanges, butt-weld fittings, and forged fittings, serving the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track relevant government, PSU, railway, and private-sector tenders.
- Handle GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.
- Analyse tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Manage tender documentation, registrations, certificates, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate internally for quotations, pricing, and technical information.
- Maintain tender records and track bid status and results.

Candidate Requirements:





- 2–5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in engineering, stainless steel, piping, flanges, fittings, valves, or metal trading.
- Practical experience with e-tendering portals and bid submissions.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and tender compliance.
- Mechanical engineering or relevant industrial-sector experience will be an advantage.
