Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Tendering Professionals with a strong background in electrical, power, and infrastructure projects. Candidates should have experience in tender identification, bid preparation, cost estimation, and end-to-end tender submission.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and track tenders related to electrical, power, infrastructure, and EPC projects.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within specified deadlines.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, BOQ, and other tender-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and commercial inputs.
- Handle online tender portals, E-procurement platforms, and bid submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government departments for tender clarifications.
- Maintain tender records,



submission status, and upcoming tender details.
- Prepare EMD, tender fee, and other bid-related documentation.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and support post-bid negotiations and award formalities.

Required Skills
- Experience in tendering and bidding for electrical, power, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, rate analysis, and tender documentation.
- Hands-on experience with E-tendering portals and online bid submission.
- Good knowledge of technical and commercial bid preparation.
- Strong MS Excel, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working or previously employed with Pave Path Engineering & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. or BNC Power Projects Ltd. will be preferred, subject to relevant tendering experience.
