Role Description The Tender Executive – Medical will manage the end-to-end tender process for diagnostic products and services, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating submissions, and tracking outcomes. The role involves collaborating with medical, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial proposals, maintaining tender databases, and monitoring relevant government and institutional procurement portals.

The Tender

Executive will analyze tender requirements, ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, and support contract negotiations and post-award activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi,



requiring regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Affairs and Medicine to understand diagnostic products, clinical requirements, and tender specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Healthcare Management and Strategic Planning to support tender strategy, pricing decisions, and long-term business development.
- Candidates should possess strong Research skills to identify tender opportunities, analyze market trends, and review regulatory and technical documentation.
- Relevant experience in tender management or bidding processes within the healthcare or diagnostics sector is highly beneficial.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online tender portals and e-procurement systems.
- A graduate degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, pharmacy, medical technology, or healthcare management; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
