- 45 years of hands-on experience in product-based government tendering, preferably through GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Mandatory experience in solar products and electronic items, including CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Proven experience in winning government product tenders and securing purchase orders.
- Strong understanding of GeM processes, government procurement guidelines, e-tendering, and reverse auctions.
- Practical experience in OEM onboarding, obtaining MAFs/OEM authorization letters, and coordinating with manufacturers before bid participation.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, HSN codes, product costing, pricing, and commercial bid preparation.
- Experience in product catalogue creation, specifications, and category-wise compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, vendor coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
