Job Summary

Reliserv Solutions is looking for an experienced Tender Executive (Electrical Engineering) with hands-on knowledge of Control & Relay Panels (CRP), Substation Automation Systems (SAS), and turnkey substation projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, technical estimation, BOQ preparation, bid submission, vendor coordination, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track government and private tenders through GeM, CPPP, NIC, Ariba, and state e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare BOQ/BOM, cost estimates, technical and commercial quotations, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, vendors, and OEMs for tender preparation and submission.
- Manage pre-bid queries, corrigenda, technical clarifications, negotiations, and post-bid activities.
- Interpret SLDs, panel schematics, protection schemes, and SAS architecture.
- Support relay selection, vendor evaluation, technical comparisons, and procurement coordination.
- Assist the sales team in customer RFQs/RFPs, order finalization, and business development.
- Maintain tender records,



pricing data, and bid status reports.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of CRP, SAS, SCADA, and turnkey substation projects.
- Experience in tendering, estimation, BOQ/BOM preparation, and bid management.
- Knowledge of numerical relays, protection schemes, RTU, HMI, PLCC, FOTE, and IEC 61850.
- Ability to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and technical specifications.
- Experience with GeM, CPPP, NIC, Ariba, or state e-tendering portals.
- Solid coordination, negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Relevant experience in electrical tendering, CRP/SAS, or substation projects preferred.
