Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage tendering activities through the Gem Portal and other e-procurement platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalogue management, matching technical specifications, preparing quotations, and participating in Reverse Auctions (RA).

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tender management through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
- Upload products and maintain accurate product listings on the GeM Portal.
- Prepare, pair, and manage product catalogues as per GeM requirements.
- Match product specifications with Golden Parameters and tender requirements.
- Monitor tender opportunities and evaluate eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and submit quotations within stipulated timelines.
- Participate in Reverse Auctions (RA) and manage bidding strategies effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, pricing, and documentation.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and auction results.




- Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and government procurement guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical hands-on knowledge of :

- Product Uploading

- Catalogue Pairing and Management

- Matching Golden Parameters

- Tender Documentation

- Quotation Preparation

- Reverse Auction (RA) Participation
- Good understanding of government procurement and tendering procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in tender process with excellent command on Ms. XL , Word.
- Competency on editing of PDF file is a must.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in GeM portal handling or government tendering.

Preferred Industry

- Ecommerce / Government Procurement / Trading / Manufacturing / Service Industry
