- Handle end-to-end tendering, bidding, and estimation for civil construction projects.

- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.

- Obtain vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.

- Coordinate with clients for pre-bid queries, negotiations, and tender submissions.

- Support purchase activities, vendor negotiations, and cost optimisation.

- Ensure timely submission of tenders with accurate documentation.

Job Title: Purchase Engineer / Purchase Executive Civil Construction

- Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.

- Source suppliers and vendors,



obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.

- Coordinate with project, site, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements.

- Monitor material availability, quality, inventory, and procurement costs.

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and supplier databases.

- Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and project timelines.
