Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Trainee to join our growing team in Trivandrum. This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the fast-paced EdTech industry. As a Telesales Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in telecalling, lead management, customer engagement, and sales conversion while interacting with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents and introduce relevant educational programs.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about courses, programs, fees, and admission processes.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels to support enrolment conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales and admissions team to ensure smooth lead handling and conversion.
- Participate actively in sales training, product training,



and performance development sessions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
- Willingness to work in an on-site workplace.
