Rera Consultancy India, a leading real estate regulatory compliance and consultancy firm, is looking for a Part-time Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain RERA Consultancy Services.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer queries are addressed.
- Provide clear and concise information about our services.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further processing.
- Record and maintain call feedback and responses.
- Fluency in Telugu is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of tele calling or customer service experience (Freshers can also apply).




- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Minimum Intermediate (12th pass) or Graduation is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word.
