Role Description The Telesales Representative will work full time in office in Kochi, engaging prospective and existing customers by phone to promote solar products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to incoming inquiries, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process. The role involves qualifying leads, preparing basic quotations or proposals in coordination with the sales team, and following up to close sales or schedule appointments.

Representative will maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system,



handle customer questions or concerns, and collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and confident phone presence.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries, resolve basic issues, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to provide Training or guidance to customers on product features and basic usage when needed.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments is preferred.
- Comfort working with CRM or call management tools and basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of or interest in solar energy and renewable power solutions is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of Experience with a Solar Company
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a diverse team across Kerala.
