We also provide business services such as HR recruitment and website development.We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to promote our products and services, connect with potential customers, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Akshara Enterprises' products and services.

Promote products such as pooja items, oats, millets, soaps, and other consumer goods.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.

Introduce the company's services, including HR recruitment and website development

. Achieve a daily target of 100–120 answered calls. Identify customer requirements, generate qualified leads,



and explore sales opportunities.

Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product and service information. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and successful conversions. Work towards achieving assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets

Skills & Requirements- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, and customer service.

Ability to handle outbound calls confidently and professionally.

Solid interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple follow-ups, maintain records, and meet daily targets.

Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
