About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, smart, and result-oriented Telesales Specialist to support our government projects across 6 states. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in Bengali, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and registered partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers, registered vendors, and business partners regarding government projects. Explain project details, services, and business opportunities over the phone. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with vendors and relevant teams across any of the 6 states. Maintain daily call records, follow-up reports, and customer databases.

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer relationship management. Fluency in Bengali is mandatory. Positive communication and convincing skills.

English and Hindi communication skills will be an advantage. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
