ABOUT THE SPIRITED SPOT The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a premium cocktail-forward bar known for its signature cocktails, global street food, live music and vibrant atmosphere.

After establishing our presence in Nagpur, we have expanded to Baner, Pune, bringing together exceptional food, innovative cocktails, live entertainment and warm hospitality.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telephonic Sales Executive who can connect with potential guests, promote our experiences and convert enquiries into confirmed reservations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

- Call potential customers who enquire through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain TSS offerings, events, promotions and experiences.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed table reservations.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximise conversions.
- Maintain a skilled and friendly approach during every interaction.

2. Reservation & Sales Management

- Generate table bookings for weekdays and weekends.
- Promote live music nights, Sunday brunch, special events and group bookings.
- Encourage guests to visit TSS for birthdays, celebrations and corporate gatherings.
- Coordinate with the reservation and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Follow up on bookings to minimise cancellations and no-shows.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain an organised database of leads and customer enquiries.
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Reconnect with previous guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate information.

4. Daily Reporting & Performance

- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups and confirmed reservations.
- Track leads received, leads contacted and successful conversions.




- Share daily sales and reservation reports with management.
- Achieve individual calling, reservation and conversion targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or hospitality sales.
- Experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, hospitality or event sales will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Confident, polite and persuasive communication style.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and sales objections.
- Target-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Number of leads contacted daily.
- Lead-to-reservation conversion percentage.
- Number of confirmed reservations generated.
- Actual guest footfall generated through calling.
- Repeat reservations and customer engagement.
- Achievement of monthly sales and reservation targets.
