Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote our Interior Decoration and Home Furnishing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and driving sales conversions. ? Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce interior decoration solutions. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain call records and sales data in CRM/Excel. Provide market feedback to management for strategy improvement. ? Required Skills &

Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales. Solid communication and persuasive skills. Basic understanding of Interior Decoration / Home Furnishing products. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to handle objections and build quick rapport with customers.
