About the Role Trek Karo India is a trek and tour operator running group treks and multi-day tour packages across India, with departures from Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. As a Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective trekkers, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities Call and follow up on leads from Meta Ads, Instagram, the website, WhatsApp, and referrals. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable treks and tour packages. Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, pickup points, and policies clearly.

Handle objections, close bookings, and collect advance payments. Update lead status and follow-ups in the CRM or Google Sheets. Coordinate with the operations team on seat availability and customer requests.

Meet monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
