Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves generating new sales leads through outbound cold calling and inbound enquiries, and promoting the company's digital products and services — NFC Cards, QR Solutions, Digital Business Profiles/Mini Websites, Website Design & Development, and Digital Marketing services — to business owners, professionals, retailers, and other organizations. The candidate will qualify prospects, give basic demos, and hand off warm opportunities to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided and self-generated databases, and handle inbound enquiries.

Introduce Creative Crows' products and services clearly and explain their benefits and value to prospects.

Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, or callbacks for qualified prospects whenever required.





Follow up regularly with interested prospects until the opportunity is either converted or appropriately closed.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM, and achieve assigned lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi, with a confident telephone manner.

Robust lead-generation and prospecting skills, with good objection-handling and persuasion ability.

Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solutions.

Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and other digital reporting tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
