Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our real estate projects and residential plots.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.

Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Explain plot locations, prices, payment options, and project benefits.

Schedule site visits for interested customers.

Maintain customer details and daily call reports.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Basic English and Tamil communication.

Interest in sales and customer handling.

Job Location: Iyyappanthangal, Chennai

Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives

15000-25000 per month

Interview Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30PM
