Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives for our admissions team. The candidate will communicate with prospective students, explain educational programmes, answer enquiries, follow up with interested applicants and help convert enquiries into admissions.

Key ResponsibilitiesContact students who enquire through our website and advertisements. Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility and admission procedures. Counsel students about Diploma, PG Diploma, Executive MBA and other programmes.





Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp. Maintain student enquiry records and lead updates. Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. Build professional relationships with prospective students.

Candidate

RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Basic to intermediate English understanding is essential; fluency is not mandatory. Valuable spoken Hindi and workable English. Confidence in handling telephone conversations. Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge. Good listening, convincing and follow-up skills. Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or counselling experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
