Paresh Lamba Signatures is looking for a fresher to join as a Telephone Operator. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with basic enquiries, and coordinating with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Make outgoing calls for customer follow-ups and appointment confirmations.
- Respond to basic customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communicate politely and maintain the brand’s professional image.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Clear pronunciation and a polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Freshers only. No prior work experience required.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Must be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
