Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecounselor to join our team at ICA Edu Skills, Cooch Behar. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students over the phone, explaining our courses, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and counsel them about our courses.
Explain courses related to Accounting, Finance, Taxation, MIS, and other job-oriented programs.
Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals.
Generate interest in courses and encourage students to visit the centre for counselling.
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
Handle queries regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities.
Maintain lead records and update daily calling reports.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Bengali and basic English.
Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to counsel students and handle follow-ups effectively.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecounselling, student counselling, or educational sales will be an advantage.
