Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Chandigarh. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote travel packages, services, and special offers, while generating qualified leads and supporting sales conversion.

Daily activities include introducing company services, explaining travel options, handling basic inquiries, and scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team. The role involves updating customer information in the CRM or call logs, maintaining call records, and meeting call volume and conversion targets.



The Telemarketer will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and positive customer experiences, and may assist with feedback collection and simple market insights from conversations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, explain offerings clearly, and engage diverse customers over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, manage concerns calmly, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, present suitable travel solutions, and support lead generation and conversions.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling capabilities to organize follow-up calls, book meetings for the sales team, and manage call calendars efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with telecalling tools or CRM systems.
- Good spoken and written English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Chandigarh, meet daily targets, and maintain consistent performance.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, travel, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
