Job Title: Telesales & Lead Generation Executive We are looking for a Telesales & Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, databases, and other sources. Make outbound calls and explain products/services to potential customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp/email. Convert qualified leads into successful sales. Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily/monthly call, lead, and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales team for successful order closure. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Hindi & English communication preferred.

Experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, or sales preferred. Target-oriented and confident personality. Basic computer/CRM knowledge. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
