Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Engage existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Promote services, offers, and membership plans.
- Schedule pickups and coordinate with store teams.
- Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service.

- Customer-focused, proactive, and confident on calls.
