Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration services, following up on inquiries, and scheduling appointments with immigration counselors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding immigration and visa services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Explain services related to study visas, work permits, visitor visas, permanent residency (PR), and other immigration programs.
- Generate leads and identify clients interested in immigration services.
- Follow up with interested clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments for immigration counselors.
