We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate leads through outbound calling.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle outbound calls to potential clients and generate recent business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and pursue recent sales leads through various channels.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Job Requirements :
- Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
