We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS product company with offices in Hyderabad and expanding presence across India. About The Role As a Telecaller at ZoTok, you will be the first voice our prospects hear. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams — converting inbound marketing leads into qualified conversations, following up on scheduled meetings and keeping the sales pipeline moving with timely outreach.

This is a structured, target-driven role suited for someone who is confident on the phone,



organised with follow-ups and genuinely excited about being part of a growing sales engine. No prior experience? No problem — if you have the right attitude and communication skills, we will train you.

What You Will Do Outbound Calling ▸ Lead Calling: Call marketing-qualified leads provided by the Marketing team. Introduce ZoTok's product and gauge interest.

▸ Pitch & Qualify: Deliver a transparent, confident introduction. Identify whether the prospect is a relevant decision-maker and note their requirements.

▸ Objection Handling: Address basic objections calmly. Escalate warm leads to the Sales team for closure.

▸ Call Logging: Record every call — outcome, remarks and next action — accurately in CRM / tracker on the same day.

Follow-Up & Meeting Coordination ▸ Pre-Meeting Follow-Up: Send reminders and confirmations to prospects before scheduled demos or discovery calls. Ensure no meeting is missed.
