? Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with customers and leads over the phone, explain our products and services, and help turn interest into sales. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, working closely with our sales and customer support teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and customers from the database
- Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions
- Handle incoming customer calls politely and solve basic queries




- Follow up with interested customers and help close sales
- Update call details and customer information in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
- Share customer feedback with the sales and support teams

✨ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales (freshers please do not apply)
- Good spoken Hindi and English
- Clear, polite and confident communication on the phone
- Basic computer skills — MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM entry
- Comfortable working with daily call targets
- Graduate or 12th pass in any field
- Based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR

? Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C or startup companies
- Knowledge of any regional language
- Experience using CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce or LeadSquared
