We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to support our sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, following up with existing clients, generating leads, and promoting the company's FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, retailers, distributors, and dealers.

- Promote the company's FMCG products and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.

- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.

- Follow up with customers regarding product enquiries, orders, payments, and repeat purchases.

- Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve daily calling targets and assigned sales objectives.





- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service; FMCG experience will be preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups effectively.

- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.

- Knowledge of Hindi and English; regional language proficiency will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
