CANDOR Institute of Distance & Online Education, a network partner of Lovely Professional University for Distance Education programmes, is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our admissions team in Patiala.

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a genuine interest in interacting with prospective students.

This is a target-oriented calling position where your primary responsibility will be to convert student enquiries into qualified admission leads and confirmed enrolments.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students using leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisements, digital marketing campaigns, and other sources.
- Explain the benefits, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures of Distance and Online Education programmes.
- Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
- Generate genuine student interest and convert enquiries into qualified admission prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students until the admission process is completed.
- Maintain accurate calling records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and student information in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with Senior Admission Counsellors to facilitate successful admissions.
- Achieve assigned daily calling, follow-up, and monthly admission-conversion targets.




- Maintain qualified communication and a positive attitude while dealing with students.
- Perform other admission-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Strong convincing, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and answering student enquiries.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over telephone calls.
- Good listening skills and a patient, positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, and comfortable working with performance targets.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, admission counselling, or lead conversion will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the education sector, particularly Distance and Online Education, will receive preference.
