Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Confirm customer requirements and collect relevant information.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support for service-based applications.
- Contact prospective customers interested in vehicle scrapping and record their requirements.
- Call potential buyers regarding residential plot sales and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and call updates using basic computer tools.
- Follow calling scripts, meet daily targets, and maintain professional communication.

Requirements
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage.

Job Details
- Work Location: Zero Mile, Patna, near Metro Station.
- Work Mode: Work From Office only; this is not a work-from-home position.
- Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
