Key Responsibilities Skills Handle IndiaMART leads and B2B/B2C customer inquiries. Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and emails.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and support order closures.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain customer databases, inquiry records and follow-up reports.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

Use MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp and email effectively.

Demonstrate strong communication,



negotiation and persuasive speaking skills.

Be self-motivated, sales-oriented and quick to learn.

Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 6 Months Of Relevant Experience. Experience handling IndiaMART and B2B/B2C inquiries preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
