Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, following up with prospective customers, sharing relevant information about our products and services and maintaining accurate call records.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build professional relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, leads, and clients.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers as required.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team for further assistance.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, follow-up schedules, and customer information.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain a skilled and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on calling activities, lead status, and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:



Any graduate will be preffered with good comunication.
- Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling or customer service experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic to good English.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and interacting with different types of customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage follow-ups.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation or customer support will be preferred.
- Candidates with a target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
