- Make outbound calls to potential candidates interested in overseas job opportunities.
- Explain job vacancies, eligibility criteria, salary packages, and recruitment procedures.
- Generate leads through phone calls, social media, and other platforms.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into registrations.
- Explain recruitment charges and payment procedures transparently.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants for candidate screening and placement processes.
- Maintain daily call reports, candidate databases, and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide professional communication and timely updates to candidates.

Requirements
- Graduation Mandatory
- Min 1 year experience in tele sales, tele calling, or recruitment is an advantage.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Target-oriented attitude and strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
