We are looking for 50 enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and previous experience in sales or customer support, we want to hear from you!

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 6 months in a dedicated Telesales role OR at least 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer Support.

- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Skills: Excellent customer-handling skills, active listening, and strong closing/persuasion techniques.

- Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities





- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Clearly explain product features, services, ongoing offers, and promotional packages.

- Gauge customer requirements and align them with suitable offerings.

- Focus on closing sales effectively to consistently achieve assigned monthly targets.

- Systematically follow up with interested prospects and maintain flawless call history logs.

- Address and resolve customer questions or objections with a professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
