Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele-Recruiter to manage candidate calling, initial screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases, calling trackers, and recruitment MIS using MS Excel.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to support timely hiring.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in tele-recruitment, telecalling, customer service, or recruitment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, including maintaining trackers and reports.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Candidates from the hospitality or aviation sectors will be preferred.
