Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Telesales Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls, drive sales performance, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Achieve and exceed sales, lead generation, and service targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Manage customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure
Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
