Job Title: Tele Collection Executive Department: Collections / Recovery Job Purpose: To contact customers regarding overdue payments, remind them of outstanding dues, and ensure timely payment collection through telephone calls.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customer Calling: Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and pending dues.
2. Payment Follow-up: Remind customers about payment due dates and follow up on outstanding amounts.
3. Payment Collection: Encourage customers to explicit their dues within the specified timeline.
4. Customer Communication: Explain outstanding balances, payment details, and available payment options professionally.
5. Promise to Pay (PTP): Obtain payment commitments from customers and follow up on the promised dates.
6. Record Maintenance: Update call outcomes, payment commitments, customer feedback,



and follow-up details in the CRM or collection system.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of the relevant regional language and basic English.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with collection targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
- Patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily call volume.
- Collection amount achieved.
- Promise-to-Pay (PTP) conversion rate.
- PTP kept rate.
- Recovery percentage.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Call quality and compliance score.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
