Monthly Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

We are hiring Tele Collections Executives to handle customer calls related to overdue personal and business loan payments. The role involves following up on pending EMIs, discussing repayment options, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers on pending EMI payments.
- Communicate outstanding amounts and payment details clearly.
- Discuss repayment options and payment commitments professionally.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve outstanding accounts.




- Work towards assigned collection targets while following company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in tele collections, loan collections, or customer service.
- Experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, English and Telugu, or English and Kannada, depending on the process.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM systems.
- Graduate candidates and eligible 12th-pass candidates may apply, subject to the employer's confirmed criteria.

Salary & Perks
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives, as applicable.
