Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English; additional languages are an advantage.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: any degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous tele calling or sales experience is an advantage.

Salary
- Salary: As per company standards and experience.
- Incentives may be provided based on performance.
