- Appointment Scheduling: Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments with doctors, diagnostics, or specialized clinics.

- Health Package Promotion: Educate patients on preventive healthcare options, diagnostic tests, and corporate health checkup packages to drive footfall.

- Patient Follow-ups: Conduct proactive outbound calls for post-discharge feedback, chronic care follow-ups, and reminders for upcoming consultations or vaccination schedules.

- Query Resolution: Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctor availability, room categories, insurance empanelment, and billing processes.

- CRM & Health Records: Update call registries and patient relationship management (CRM) software accurately while strictly adhering to data privacy and patient confidentiality policies.

- Emergency Escalation: Efficiently identify critical or urgent patient calls and route them swiftly to the emergency desk or the respective medical nursing unit.
