We are seeking a proactive and personable Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to customers, maintaining regular follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. Success in this position means establishing strong customer relationships, providing timely updates, and contributing to our organizations growth by improving customer retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to provide updates, follow-ups, and resolve inquiries.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the system.
Build strong relationships with customers through skilled communication.
Identify customer needs and ensure their concerns are addressed efficiently.
Work closely with the team to provide feedback and improve customer engagement strategies.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
